We have resolved an issue preventing the upload of visits to the patient portal.

October 26, 2022 - February 06, 2023
Any visit that occurred during the date range above is unavailable in the patient portal. If you are in need of your records, then please contact Medical Records to make a Medical Record Release request. Please see our Medical Records page for more information.

Click the Request Account button to create an account. Account requests will be processed in 1-5 business days.

Please be sure to look for emails from noreply@pcgway.com. Check your spam, junk or clutter folders if you do not see any emails in your inbox.

Please note the new patient portal will contain visits from March 1, 2022 to present. We are working with our vendor to import older visits, but at this time, visits before March 1, 2022 will not be available in the portal. You may request a physical copy of your medical records if desired. Please see our Medical Records page.
